For thermal transfer printing with excellent adhesion to high and low surface energy plastics, metals, painted metals and powder coatings, use 3M™ Thermal Transfer Polyester Label Material 7871EC. Our labelstock is topcoated for improved ink anchorage with traditional forms of press printing, and the facestock has a 46 micron coat weight for adhesion to textured surfaces. The 65 gsm double sided densified glassine liner ensures consistent die cutting and improves the ease of dispensing. The 350E labelstock adhesive works on low surface energy substrates, with temperature and chemical resistance in harsh environments. Resin ribbons are recommended for optimum durability.
