Our 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 100NS is a versatile structural adhesive that performs well in both heat and in adverse weather conditions. It works on a variety of substrates including metals, ceramics, concrete and wood. With a high shear and peel strength it delivers a strong, rigid performance, making it ideal for a wide variety of applications in the transportation, specialty vehicle, electrical, general industrial, construction, and consumer goods industries.
Two Parts, One Common Bond
The mix ratio is 1:1 for quick, precise dispensing, and with a 3- to 5-minute working time there's some opportunity for repositioning to keep projects on track. The adhesive reaches handling strength in approximately 20 minutes and is fully cured in 48 hours (at 72°F/22°C). This product is available in both bulk and Duo-Pak form.
Rapidly bond a variety of substrates such as metal, ceramic, concrete and wood, using 3M™ Scotch-Weld™ Epoxy Adhesive 100NS. Our adhesive formula dries hard and fast at room temperature, in just fifteen minutes. It’s effective for use in heat and adverse weather conditions, ideal for indoor and outdoor applications. It can be applied precisely and easily, with our non-sag, moderate to high viscosity formulation that stays put when applied – even on vertical surfaces. It has a very high shear and peel strength and is a proven effective system for immobile durable and permanent bonding joining, gluing, attaching, assembling and encapsulating.
